Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on cibili.com (the "Site") operated by Cibili EI, a French sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle / micro-entrepreneur).

By placing an order on the Site, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Seller Identification

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all sales of jewelry products made through the Site between Cibili EI ("we", "us") and the customer ("you", "the Customer"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full and without reservation.

3. Products

We sell handcrafted jewelry made from stainless steel and enamel. Product images and descriptions on the Site are provided in good faith. Slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items and to display calibration on your device. All product are crafted in China

Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you by email and refund the corresponding amount within 14 days.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before final payment.

As we operate under the French VAT exemption regime, no VAT is charged on our products (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code — TVA non applicable).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed on the Site at the moment of order confirmation.

5. Orders

Orders are placed through the checkout process on the Site. An order is only final once:

  • You have validated your cart and shipping information;
  • You have accepted these Terms;
  • Payment has been successfully processed.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by Cibili EI.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment dispute, prior unresolved litigation, or any other legitimate reason. In such cases, you will be informed by email and any amount already debited will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and the payment methods activated on Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any others displayed at checkout).

The full amount is debited at the time of order. Cibili EI does not store your payment details — they are handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance.

7. Delivery

Delivery conditions, times, costs, and zones are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, EU-based customers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period starting on the day of receipt of the order, with no need to justify their decision.

Customers outside the European Union are not covered by this statutory right. All sales to non-EU customers are final, unless the product is defective or non-conforming.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cibili EI's liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the affected order.

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: postal strikes, natural disasters, customs delays, public health events, or technical failures beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs, product photos) is the exclusive property of Cibili EI or used with permission. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or these Terms shall, after attempting an amicable resolution and consumer mediation, be brought before the competent French courts.

14. Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the date of your order.
